Warranty information
All our homes come with the long term peace of mind of three overlapping levels of warranty coverage:
- First and foremost, we absolutely stand behind the quality and workmanship in all our homes. We live here, in the same neighborhood, and we understand that reputation and referrals means everything in terms of our long term success.
- Documented manufacturer's warranties. Whether it is the windows, appliances, garage doors or the furnace, we select only products with the best warranties, just as you would. All these warranties are documented and included in the warranty section of the home-owners booklet for your new home.
- Finally, for an additional level of long-term structural insurance, all our homes are available with the 2-10 HBW warranty, an industry standard program that offers up to 2 years of coverage on all the systems in the house, plus a full 10 years of coverage on the structure.
